Mailing box: 90% Recycled Material, water based ink. Fully recyclable (or re-usable, some of our customers use them to store their socks!)

Mailing bag: Corn Starch substrate, 'OK! Compost' certified. Biodegradable by industrial means (moving to home compost mailing bags once current stock is used up)

Stickers: 100% Recycled waste paper - recyclable and biodegradable

'Thank You' card: 100% Recycled paper - recyclable and biodegradable

Rose Water: 100% Rose Water - USDA-certified organic and pesticide free.

Free from alcohol, fragrances, parabens, fillers, binders, additives and colorants.


We do not accept returns or exchanges on Made to Order items unless the item was damaged when our customer received it due to the item being made specifically for that customer.


If the item was damaged upon arrival we will repair or re-salvage the fabric to ensure zero wastage and re-ship the item once it is re-made.

Items such as Blazers are tailored in London, in this case they are non-returnable and non-refundable. We do offer repairs on our Blazers at a relevant cost should they be damaged during their life.


We do accept returns on stocked items but only under special circumstances such as the item being damaged or the wrong size, in this case you will be given a choice of a refund or store credit for the cost of the item being returned.

As a Haute Couture and Made to Order sustainable brand we hope for you to measure your body so you are aware of what size is best fit to ensure it does not need to be returned.

The Reason for our Returns Policy

Did you know that a majority of clothing and shoes that are returned end up in landfill rather than being re-sold? This is because it is more cost effective to throw them away rather than checking if they are resalable. Currently this is on an unprecedented scale which means in current times we require a new type of brand to change how we perceive fashion and the consumption behaviours around it.


We need counter-culture in a market where a select few brands set the standards and others are fearful of going against the status-quo.

Quality Control

We have a rigorous 2 point quality check that is carried out by our Atelier as well as the owner of Koziko. This way we can ensure there will never be any damages or imperfections in design on any Koziko garments that are shipped out.
